At the community level, three distinct watchdog committees were established to actively monitor progress toward ending Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Child Marriage (CM). These committees meet monthly to identify and report any cases, with their representatives integrated into the broader advocacy group to strengthen ongoing efforts. The formation process included orientation on their purpose and roles, inclusive member selection, assessment of capacity needs, training plans, and the development of coordination and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective community engagement and accountability
