This training provided essential community-based psychosocial support aimed at empowering women and girls, particularly survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) from both IDP, host communities and school girls club in East Imey Woreda. It focused on building emotional resilience, promoting healing, and equipping participants with skills to navigate their challenges and access vital protection and care services. This survivor-centered approach is a critical step in strengthening the psychosocial wellbeing and overall recovery of vulnerable populations affected by GBV.
A total of 25 women and girls(10 host community, 12 IDPs and 3 School girls club) participants attended the training.
