To clearly pave the way for the successful implementation of the project, one-day project kick of meeting was conducted at woreda level. The meeting successfully focused on enhancing coordination, fostering stakeholder engagement, and clearly communicating the project goals to the woreda administration and participants. Both woreda administration and community welcomed the initiation of this new project. Stakeholders agreed on establishing strong coordination mechanisms, including a steering committee for effective supervision and real-time problem resolution. Inclusive engagement was prioritized, ensuring representation from women, youth, IDPs, and persons with disabilities to promote community ownership. A total of 15 (8M and 7F) participants attended the meeting.
